Asparagus Salad
Asparagus Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. canned asparagus, cut, 1 tbsp. gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain asparagus and reserve 1 cup liquid.
Heat liquid and dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Pour gelatin mixture into hot liquid and stir. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, salt and lemon juice. Add chopped asparagus and almonds.
Pour into mold and chill.
