Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked asparagus, 2 tbsp. oleo, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook asparagus or use canned.
Make a white sauce of oleo, flour, salt, pepper and milk.
Cook until thickened and add cheese.
Place half of bread crumbs in a greased casserole dish. Place alternate layers of eggs, asparagus and cheese sauce on top of the crumbs.
Cover top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
