Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can asparagus spears, 6 oz. velveeta cheese, 2 c. ritz crackers, 2 tbsp. margarine and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Stir in juice of one can of asparagus slowly until smooth.
Cook until thick.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Spread crushed crackers thickly on bottom of greased, 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Alternate layers of asparagus and cheese sauce, finishing with a thin layer of crackers on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
