Artichoke Nibbles
Artichoke Nibbles is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with jars marinated artichoke hearts, c. bread crumbs, . parsley, salt, pepper and oregano to taste and small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain liquid from one jar of artichokes into pan.
Chop artichokes and set aside.
Add onion to liquid in pan and saute. (Add a little garlic salt.)
Beat eggs; add bread crumbs and seasonings.
Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion.
Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut into 1-inch squares and serve hot or cold.
