Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple, drained and 1/2 c. juice reserved, 2 bananas, sliced, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 pkg. apricot jell-o and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Arrange pineapple, bananas and marshmallows in bottom of long flat dish or pan. Prepare Jell-O as directed on package.
Pour over fruit. Chill until firm.
Cook pineapple juice, butter, egg and sugar until thick. Add Dream Whip.
Spread over Jell-O. Chill. Yields 12 to 15 servings.
