Apricot-Pineapple Salad
Apricot-Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. orange jello, 1 medium size can pineapple, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. apricot juice and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain juice from fruit.
Mix jello with 2 cups hot water and then add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup apricot juice.
Stir until dissolved.
Add the pineapple and apricots, mashed and mixed.
Add layer of marshmallows on top of jello mixture.
Put in refrigerator and let set.
