Apricot Ham Steak
Apricot Ham Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) ham slice, cut 2-inches thick, whole cloves, 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1 (16 oz.) can peeled whole apricots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Trim fat around ham; place in shallow dish and sprinkle with sugar and stud sides with cloves.
Drain apricot juice.
Pour 1/3 cup of juice over ham.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour, basting often with juice in pan.
Arrange apricots on top of ham; bake 15 minutes longer.
