Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. dates, chopped and 1 1/2 c. applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together the first six ingredients.
Sieve together flour, soda and salt.
Add to dry ingredients, the cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add nuts and raisins.
Fold in vanilla.
Pour into a Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for an hour.
Makes 16 servings.
