Apple Cobbler(Sugar-Free)
Apple Cobbler(Sugar-Free) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vegetable cooking spray, 4 medium cooking apples (2 lb.), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Spray bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish with vegetable spray.
Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
In a large bowl with rubber spatula, toss apples, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Arrange in baking dish.
In a medium bowl with fork, combine the flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
With pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
