Antipasto Salad
Antipasto Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 40 minutes. Made with celery, red onions, black olives, green olives and provolone cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Chop celery and onions to the size that please you.
Chop both kinds of olives.
I buy large pitted black olives.
Chop ham, cheese and pepperoni to a size that pleases you.
I buy a pound of cheese and a pound of baked ham unsliced.
I also buy the sliced pepperoni and just cut it in half.
Cook your shells per package directions and drain.
Add it all together in a bowl and add dressing.
I usually make it a day in advance so that it's cold and the dressing and flavors mingle.
