Ann's Tuna Burgers
Ann'S Tuna Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6.5 oz.) can solid white tuna (in water), drained, 2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped, 1/2 c. celery, 1 c. velveeta cheese, diced and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

A traditional barbecue delicacy is lamb testicles. Place the meat immediately in brine for about 30 minutes. Remove thread and cut. Wash in clean water.
Place in boiling water and boil until the lamb's testicles are "dry."
