Amish Swiss Steak
Amish Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. swiss steak (1 1/2 to 2-inches thick), flour, salt, ketchup (small bottle) and onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pound flour into steak.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brown in oil on both sides.
Place in roasting pan.
Slice 3 to 4 onions over meat.
Pour bottle of ketchup over top and fill water in roaster to cover meat.
Bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours at 350Β°. Ingredients make a delicious gravy.
