Ambrosia Salad
Ambrosia Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (about 4 lb.) pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size pieces (5 c.), 6 navel oranges or 1 large can mandarin oranges, peeled and white pith removed, thinly slices, 2 bananas, sliced thin, 1/3 c. shredded coconut (pkg. sweetened) and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
