5-Minute Soup
5-Minute Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chicken bouillon, 1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed, unpeeled and sliced very thin, 4 raw mushrooms, sliced, 2 c. shredded raw green leafy vegetables (spinach or cabbage) and 1 tomato, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat the bouillon.
