15 Bean Stew Mom'S Style is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 bean dry bean mix, unsoaked, 4 to 6 c. chicken broth, 1 small onion, bay leaf (optional) and 6 chicken flavor bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large deep pot, put chicken broth, onion and bouillon cubes; basil, oregano and sage should be put in at this time unless you are using bay leaf, then omit basil, oregano and sage.
Boil for 1 hour.
Add Oriental seasoning and beans (unsoaked).
Cook on medium heat 1 1/2 hours, then turn off heat and let cook until your supper (about 2 hours) in its own heat, covered.
