Water Chestnut Rumaki
Water Chestnut Rumaki is an easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. can whole water chestnuts, drained, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 strips of bacon, 1/3 c. catsup and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

👨🍳 Instructions
Wrap chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpick.
Put in 9 x 12-inch pan and bake at 300° for one hour.
Drain fat.
Combine catsup, sugar and soy sauce.
Pour over chestnuts.
Sauce need not completely cover.
Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
Try to keep toothpick clean for people to serve themselves.
