Walnut Waffles
Walnut Waffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. buttermilk, 3/4 to 1 c. milk, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine eggs, milk and vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry.
Add melted butter. Whisk until batter is smooth, but do not overmix.
Nuts can be added at this point, or sprinkled on waffle prior to cooking. Cook waffles until golden brown.
Top with whipped cream and grated walnuts, if desired.
