Venison in a Crock-Pot
Venison In A Crock-Pot is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 2 lb. venison steaks, salt, flour, cavender's greek seasoning and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In an iron skillet, heat the vegetable oil.
Dip the steaks in the flour, salt and pepper and the seasoning salt..
Brown on both sides, then transfer to the crock-pot.
Pour both kinds of soup over the meat and 1 can of water.
Cook approximately 1 1/2 hours. I usually have to make more gravy from the drippings in the skillet to pour over at the end of cooking time.
