Vegetarian Lasagna Supreme
Vegetarian Lasagna Supreme is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/8 to 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 onion, chopped, 1 large can stewed tomatoes with celery, onion and pepper and 3 small cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oil in large pot.
Add garlic, onion and vegetables and saute a few minutes.
Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and herbs and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Mix flour and water and stir into sauce.
Simmer about 10 minutes longer, then remove bay leaf.
