Vegetarian Lasagna
Vegetarian Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce, 8 oz. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded and 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish, spread 1 cup of sauce.
Layer noodles and cheeses.
Repeat.
Place remaining noodles on top. Add remaining sauce, then cheeses.
Leave uncovered and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and bubbling.
Let lasagna sit for 10 to 15 minutes and then cut into squares.
