Vegetarian Lasagna
Vegetarian Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lasagna noodles (don't cook noodles), 2 cans hunt's spaghetti sauce, 2 cans hunt's stewed tomatoes, 1 bag japanese stir-fry and 1 (24 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix spaghetti sauce and tomatoes together.
In 9 x 10-inch pan put raw noodles on bottom.
Sprinkle vegetables and some cottage cheese.
Cover with thin layer of sauce.
Repeat layers until gone. Pour rest of sauce over noodles to cover.
Shake the pan, then cover with the Alpine Lace Mozzarella.
Bake at 425Β° for 45 minutes.
