Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. orange jell-o, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated carrots, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in water (boiling).
Add mayonnaise.
When cool, add cheese and vegetables.
Turn into mold; chill to set. To serve, cut into squares or invert mold onto serving platter and garnish with green olives or other vegetable decorations.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
