Vegetable Pizza Squares
Vegetable Pizza Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. pillsbury crescent rolls, 11 oz. cream cheese, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing mix, 3/4 c. chopped carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and any other veggie of your choice and 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375°.
Press crescent rolls to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Mix together the cream cheese and Ranch dressing until smooth.
Spread on cooled crust.
Sprinkle vegetables on filling. Press vegetables into crust, filling slightly.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate and cut into squares before serving. Be sure to refrigerate leftovers.
