Vegetable Cheese Tart
Vegetable Cheese Tart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten, 2 c. half and half, 2 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1 pkg. knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut off the stems and leaves from the beets.
Wash beets in running cold water.
Put them in a deep pan and cover with water. Add turmeric and bring to a boil.
Cook for 20 minutes or until they are fully cooked but still firm to the touch.
Let cool. Peel and rinse under running water.
Slice into 1/4-inch matchstick pieces.
