Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen normandy vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower), 2 c. cooked chicken, cut up, 1 1/2 c. diced velveeta, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 16 ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook vegetables in microwave on High for 10 minutes.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Mix cooked vegetables, chicken, cheese and soup; put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt butter.
Crush crackers. Mix crackers and butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
