V-8 Biscuits
V-8 Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. self-rising flour, 1/8 tsp. soda, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine flour, soda, salt and sugar in medium bowl; mix well. Cut in shortening until crumbly.
Add enough juice to form soft dough.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Roll 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
