Turkey Pot Pie
Turkey Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 deep-dish pie crusts, frozen, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 (0.87 oz.) envelope turkey or chicken gravy mix, 2 c. cooked and cubed turkey or chicken and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In medium bowl, combine evaporated milk, gravy mix, turkey, vegetables and thyme.
Pour into one frozen pie crust.
Break or crumble remaining frozen pie crust into very small pieces.
Toss with shredded cheese.
Sprinkle over top of pie.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven on a preheated baking sheet 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
