Turkey Pot Pie
Turkey Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, 1/2 c. diced potatoes, 1/3 c. margarine, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour and 1/3 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Rinse peas and carrots under cold water and drain.
Melt margarine in a 2-quart saucepan and stir in the flour, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth and milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Stir in meat and vegetables. Remove from heat.
