Turkey Chowder

Made with 1 c. each onion and celery, 3 tbsp. butter or oleo, 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of potato soup, 2 cans (16 1/2 oz. each) cream-style corn and 2 c. chopped, cooked turkey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large pot, saute celery in butter until celery is almost tender.
potato soup, corn, turkey stock or chicken broth, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Stirring constantly, bring to boil.
Reduce turkey parsley. Simmer 5 minutes or until turkey is heated. Makes 8 servings.
