Tuna Noodle Crisp
Tuna Noodle Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. uncooked noodles, 1/4 c. shortening, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain.
Melt shortening in large skillet; add onion and green pepper and cook until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, pimento, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add cooked noodles and tuna.
Place mixture in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
