Tofu Salad
Tofu Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed, 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, 1 large tomato, diced, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. bean sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

On a large platter, spread ingredients in layers in the following order: tofu, salmon, tomato, onion, bean sprouts, watercress and 1/4 of the green onions.
In a saucepan, combine salad oil and garlic; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add soy sauce and the remaining green onions; mix well.
Pour dressing over salad; serve immediately.
Makes 8 servings.
