Sift flour and salt in a bowl.
Make well in center and add half the milk and 2 eggs, well beaten.
Gradually mix flour in liquid.
At end, add rest of milk.
Beat vigorously.
Pour batter in with mushrooms and sausage.
Bake at 425Β° for 45 minutes until golden.
The sausages are "toad" and the mushrooms are the "toadstools".
