Tender Barbecue Ribs
Tender Barbecue Ribs is an easy dinner. Made with barbecue sauce (any brand), 4 to 6 lb. ribs, cut into single ribs and washed, plenty of water (to cover ribs) and a heaping amount of vinegar (about 3/4 of bottle), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place sectioned ribs in a very large pot or boiler and cover ribs with water.
Add vinegar.
Bake ribs on high (400° to 450°) for 1 1/2 hours; turn ribs every 30 minutes.
When water has boiled down to 1 to 2 cups, pour 3/4 of bottle of barbecue sauce over ribs.
Bake another 1/2 hour.
Turn ribs every 10 minutes.
Take out and serve.
