Tarts
Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 to 2/3 c. milk, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine flour and salt. Cut in shortening and butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle milk (1 tablespoon at a time) over mixture.
Stir with fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Shape into balls (about 3/4-inch).
Place into ungreased mini muffin pans and shape to make tarts.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.
Yields 60 tarts.
