Taco Stuffed Peppers
Taco Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix, 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans or chili beans (i use large can), 1 c. salsa and 4 to 6 medium green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown and drain beef.
Add taco seasoning, beans and salsa. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Cut peppers in half lengthwise; clean.
Blanch 3 minutes; drain.
Spoon meat mixture in peppers. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover; bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with tomato, cheese and sour cream.
