Taco Soup
Taco Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chopped medium onion, 1 and 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 2 cans (15 1/4 oz. each) whole kernel corn undrained and 2 cans (15 oz.) chili beans undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a dutch oven or large sauce pan cook beef and chopped onions until the beef is no longer pink.
Drain then stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans and tomatoes.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Place tortilla chips in soup bowls, ladle soup over chips and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with warm tortillas.
