Taco Salad Bowl
Taco Salad Bowl is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef chuck, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies, finely chopped and drained, 1 (1 lb.) can whole peeled tomatoes packed in juice, undrained and 2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a medium skillet, brown beef and minced garlic.
Drain fat; add chopped green chilies and undrained whole tomatoes with meat in skillet.
Uncover; simmer 30 minutes.
Shred cheese and lettuce; chop scallions and tomatoes.
In a large bowl put lettuce in; arrange chips around outer edge.
Place meat on lettuce; sprinkle cheese around meat and add onion, tomato and olives.
Top off with sour cream.
