Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an impressive Mexican salad you can prepare in about 2 hours 22 minutes. Made with lettuce, light red kidney beans, drained, c. ortega mild salsa, chopped tomatoes and diced ripe avocados, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown ground beef turkey.
Drain and mix with taco seasoning according directions.
Tear head of lettuce into bite-size pieces and put in very large (7 quart) salad bowl or large roasting pan.
