Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. taco sauce, dash of garlic salt and 3/4 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown meat well, stirring to keep it crumbly.
Pour off fat from skillet.
Add water, garlic salt. Cook slowly 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine chilled lettuce, onion, tomatoes and cheese in salad bowl and toss well.
Just before serving, mix in corn chips; sauce and toss again. Sprinkle top generously grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
