Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 jar salsa and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry beef and onion until browned.
Drain well and let cool. Blend cream cheese and salsa with hand mixer.
Chop lettuce.
Put lettuce on the bottom of a large pie pan.
Place beef then salsa mixture on lettuce and top with cheeses.
Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Serve with tortilla chips.
