Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix for each 1 lb. meat, 1 bag tortilla chips, 1 large can refried beans and 1 jar salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat.
Drain.
Add taco seasoning mix and water according to package (usually 3/4 to 1 cup water).
Put a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with meat mixture.
Spread warmed refried beans over the meat.
Cover refried beans with salsa.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Remove and add a layer of grated cheese.
Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
