Taco-Chip Dip
Taco-Chip Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can refried beans, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. sour cream, 1 envelope taco mix and 1 bunch chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spread beans in a rectangular cake pan.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco mix together, then spread over beans.
Chop onions and sprinkle on top.
Place chopped tomatoes over onions and olives over tomatoes.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Can be made 1 to 2 days ahead.
Serve with taco chips.
