Taco Cheesecake
Taco Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed tortilla chips, 1 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 lb. ground round beef, 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Stir together the crushed tortilla chips and melted margarine.
Press in bottom of 8 inch spring form pan.
Bake 325° for 10 minutes.
Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat and drain.
Stir in taco seasoning mix (reserve 1 teaspoon) and water.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed till fluffy and add eggs and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning.
Add cheddar cheese and blend.
Spread over crust and up i inch on sides.
Spoon in the meat mixture and spread the cream cheese mixture around the sides of the pan over the beef mixture forming a border.
Combine the sour cream and flour and spread over the top of meat mixture.
Bake 325° for 25 minutes, cool 10 minutes and remove sides of pan.
Serve warm with toppings of chopped lettuce, green pepper and tomatoes.
