Taco Casserole
Taco Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, 1 tsp. sugar, 3/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In medium skillet, cook meat until browned, stirring to break up large pieces.
Drain excess fat.
Sprinkle with garlic.
Place crushed chips in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon hot meat over chips.
Spread 3/4 to 1 cup of sauce over meat.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes until heated and cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce and sauce.
