Taco and Corn Casserole
Taco And Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box schilling taco casserole mix, 1 (15 oz.) can corn, 2 lb. ground beef or 2 lb. bulk sausage, 1 1/2 c. water and shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Brown ground beef or sausage in large skillet and drain off fat.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of water, seasoning mix and tomato sauce; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour meat mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Gently mix in tortilla chips and corn.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 20 minutes.
