Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. round steak, salt and pepper to taste, 1 c. water and mrs. grass onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
Brown on both sides.
Mix soup mix in 1 cup water.
Pour over steak and simmer on top of stove for 1 1/2 hours or until tender on low to medium heat. Soup mix will thicken into gravy.
