Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with thick cut of round steak, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms and 1 envelope onion mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place thick cut of round steak on piece of foil.
On top, place 1 can of tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes, sliced.
Add all other ingredients on top of meat.
Wrap foil around meat.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours at 350Β°.
