Sweet Valentine Heart
Sweet Valentine Heart is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. heavy cream, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place gelatin in blender.
Pour boiling water over it.
Let stand for 1 minute, then blend at high speed for 1 minute until gelatin dissolves.
Add cream, sugar and vanilla.
Blend at medium speed.

Cut cream cheese in 1-inch cubes, add a few at a time while blending.
When smooth pour in mold.
Chill overnight.
Unmold.
