Sushi-Fletcher
Sushi-Fletcher is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. fish, deboned, 1 c. (to cover) vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. mustard and 2 tsp. relish (pickle), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop fish finely and marinate in vinegar for 40 to 50 minutes. Drain and press vinegar out or squeeze with hands.
Combine with mayonnaise, mustard and relish.
Season to taste with garlic, salt and pepper.
Serve on Ritz crackers with a drop of Tabasco sauce.
