Sugar-Free Raisin Bars

In saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Spread into an 8-inch square pan, that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
